I have really struggled to get in to F1M23 Let me see if I can actually finish a season of the game. I find the same with FM once you get one season in you are invested in team and people in the game world

I did what you do in the video and i won the Constructor champinship in Japan and the DC with Lewis in Austin he became now a 8th time champion in the season end i have around 20-25 million left in the costcap and i made 11 pole 18 race win (15 race win was 1-2 finish) and I made 5 sprint win through the season the final result (for me is 558 points got Lewis and 978 points on the Constructors). I really thanks the tips in this video.

Given McLaren's apparent dominance, why not skip qualifying and start from the back, aiming to secure both cars in 1st and 2nd positions on race day?

Since the Mc Laren car seems to be a very dominant one, upgrade it until the research period is going to be open and from that point onwards, just do full research and skip the season in order to finish it as quickly as possible

Since pit crew's decay is static, isn't it better if you did pit stop drill last, after you are done with gym training and/or car building?

Wow, McLaren AI really set you up for success 😂 I think your plan makes sense - see how this first set of parts holds up over a full season with no more design work so you leave them a much bigger pot of money to use. Focus on research when it opens to make them hard to beat in 2028.

Love this series :) Quick question, why do you keep the Car Building up on the Pit crew? I've been letting mine fall and don't really notice any diference....

My pit stop ratings for my pit crew are all stuck at 0. My sporting director has 91 aptitude but no matter what I do they can’t get above 0. What am I doing wrong

a tips if you aren't a forgetful person like me. rather than changing pace just before your drivers going into the pits, do it after pit stop, as soon as the pit stop time went away, it'll help with bringing up tire temp quickly so you don't have to spend few laps with cold tyres.

Most annoying thing in this game is when you have two drivers behind eachother and the driver behind has "dont fight teammate on" and still fights them. I've even put reduced overtake aggressiveness on and they still try to overtake sometimes. Seriously hope they fix that in the next game

I’m about to lose my job. lol but built the car however they fined me for both cars for the gearbox. In Miami They didn’t give me a reason why. Brand new gearbox

I did this but i cant follow your tire strategy, for me it is showing a lot of deg if i run on aggressive and lap times are also not matching with you, is it after some patch or i am missing something?

The weight slider is basically a difficulty setting. Going from very easy to actually impossible.

There needs to be a way to view pit crew fatigue and any effects certain decisions might have on it during a weekend. Also its quite annoying that the default schedules will often leave you weary on race sunday. SMH giving these guys like 4 days off in a row and they showing up to work "tired" CMON!!! Although I suppose the mechanic of having to choose between strong powertrain or strong pitcrew is somewhat interesting
